Workflow

  1. Upload your unstandardized drug CSV.
  2. Review and confirm the best RxNorm match for each drug.
  3. Approve or reject ATC mappings for the confirmed drugs.
  4. Download the curated outputs for downstream use.

Current: Gemini using model gemma-3-27b-it. Using the default server key. Using default system instructions.

Leave blank to use the default server key.

Upload Unstandardized Drug List

Upload a CSV file containing a column named Drug. The first column will be used if the header is missing.

If you have additional metadata (e.g., route, dose, purpose, or brand name) that helps with ATC mapping, choose the relevant columns before running.
