Batch Normalization

  1. Upload your unstandardized drug CSV or XLSX.
  2. Download the automatically mapped output CSV.
  3. Optionally review and confirm the best RxNorm match for each drug.
  4. Optionally approve or reject ATC mappings for the confirmed drugs.
  5. Download the manually reviewed curated outputs for downstream use.

Upload a CSV or XLSX file containing a column named Drug. The first column will be used if the header is missing.
